Mobility Feature


Telescopic Feature


Radial Telescopic Feature can trim the entire vessel without moving the equipment and is controlled by Remote Control on vessel.

This telescopic feature offers flexibility during the loading process. As the telescopic conveyor moves in/out it allows the operator to trim the entire vessel with ease, without moving or stopping the equipment. The telescopic feature allows the operator to continue loading the vessel without repositioning the equipment and ensures the operator can discharge the material in all the areas within the vessel hold, to ensure weight distribution is achieved during the loading process, which will ultimately reduce downtime. The use of telescopic technology eliminates the significant loss in production having to move the equipment with a more efficient and effective process.

Luffing (Raise/Lower) Feature


Luffing (Raise/Lower) of radial telescopic allows vessels to load with ease

The luffing (raise/lower) of the radial telescopic conveyor of Mehrsa Sanat Hooshmand Co. can be adjusted from 8 to 18 meters by using the hydraulics cylinder.

The luffing (raise/lower) of the radial telescopic conveyor offers the operator the flexibility to easily raise or lower the entire conveyor section depending on the free-board height of the particular vessel to be loaded. This eliminates the dust emissions at the discharge point into the vessel hold and allows the shiploader to raise/ lower along with the vessel as the material fills the hold.

The hydraulic raise/lower is controlled via the control panel or an optional remote control, which allows the operator to fully control the shiploader from the deck level of the vessel.

Radial Telescopic Feature


Radial left/right loading a number of hatches from one single feed-in point

The radial (left/right) feature allows the operator to load a number of hatches from one single feed-in point without re-positioning the equipment. The radial feature further compliments the telescopic and luffing feature for a flexible loading procedure. The ship-loaders are hydraulically driven left/radial around a central pivot point, which ensures the feeding equipment does not move or stop during loading, which increases production rates. The radial function allows the shiploader to be positioned in a number of central loading points, which allow multiple hatches to be loaded while minimizing the site movement during the loading process. Hatch change times are kept to a minimum due to the flexible radial, telescopic, luffing and mobility features.

Telescopic Chute


There is a telescopic chute at the end of the conveyor. This telescopic chute prevents environmental pollutions and reduces the wind effect on the product. The height of this telescopic chute is adjusted atomically.

Dolly Unit


Dolly unit system is an independent machine which allows the displacement in the port. It provides travelling in all directions by attaching to the shiploader. This machine has one 5 kW diesel generator and a remote control with board of 100 meters.

Engine

In addition to the electrical engine, this shiploader also has an independent diesel generator which allows the shiploader to load a 45000 DWT ship continuously (less than 50 hours) without refueling.

Options

Inverter


Using inverter for 30 kW Electromotor:

One inverter has been considered for each electromotor of the outer conveyor in order to easily adjust the speed of the conveyor and increase the life of the electromotor and prevents the electrical shocks (voltage, frequency and the working temperature will be under control). The inverter makes the set up process to begin smoothly.

HMI

A TFT HMI with the 65536 color spectrum has been used in the control system which has a wide touch screen WVGA 800×480 with IP65.

DVR

Several cameras have been installed in sensitive locations in order to increase the security of the shiploader. They can be online remote monitored via internet.

Covering

The inner and outer conveyors can be covered with special industrial textiles upon request in order to maintain the environmental and prevent the distribution of materials in the port. The outer conveyor coverage is fixed while the inner conveyor coverage is telescopic.

Easy Transport & Road Legal

Maximum size of all parts of this shiploader are 12 meters joined with bolt and screw which make the subassembly process and transportation very easy.
