Design:

The Sampler System is divided into three main parts:

-          Sampler

-          Belt Feeder

-          Divider

Standard Features:

Sampler Procedure


 

The sampler procedure is as follow:

-          Inner Conveyor

-          Initial Sampler

-          Feeding Conveyor

-          Divider

-          Sampling Container

-          Outer Conveyor

End-Belt Sampler

The End-Belt Sampler can be displaced perpendicular to the belt section. First, the sampler is placed on the end of the belt. By the time the sampler receives the command it starts to move with a constant speed and vacuums the falling material at the end of the belt. Therefore, the sampler container gets full of sampling material. The sampling volume depends on the sampler speed, output discharge rate (belt conveyor capacity) and the container dimension. The sampling rate can be adjusted by potentiometer by changing the sampling speed. A hatch is placed under the sampling container that opens automatically by the time the sampler reaches to its end. The inside material is thrown into the outer chute which is provided for transferring the sample to the leveling agent. If the sampler is adjusted automatically, the primary sampler starts working in the defined time. The sampler starts working by pressing the Auto Start button.

Belt Feeder

The First Sample in entrance chute is sent to the Belt Feeder. This product is transferred via belt conveyor to the divider. The Belt Feeder transfers the sample to a suitable place.  In order to operate the sampling process more accurately the Belt Feeder is used as a stabling discharge. In this way, the end sampler will contain all products (different grain sizes and different densities). The speed of the conveyor is variable. By using this variability and also change in inlet height we can adjust wide range of discharge rate (0-50 tones per hour) for product output.

Divider Machine

The divider machine is for taking samples from the initial samples and to separate the final sample for delivery to the laboratory. This machine starts automatically with the start of Belt Feeder. The product is divided with a defined ratio.

Adjustable Dividing Ratio

This dividing ratio can be adjusted by these three methods:

-          Change in speed of the mechanism by Inverter

-          Change in the pause time of the distorted arm

-         Change in the distorted arm dimensions
