Remarks: Three Applications

Three Applications:

-        Pressing inside Drum Wastes together with the Drum itself to become a Disk

-        Compacting Disk shape Wastes with placement inside the Drum

-        Pressing an empty Drum and converting it into a Disk

 

Standard Features:

-          Three additional heads of main cylinder

-          Easily controlled when the Jacks are moving up and down (Two-speed performance, Switch)

-          Use of disc height adjustment mechanism and uniformity in the manufacture of discs

Other Features:

-          Easy to charge the device by the operator from the upper hatch.

-          The drum is driven out of the device by hydraulic jacks after it has been pressed.

-          By adjusting the normal open pressure breakers, the hydraulic pressure will never exceed the limit in a hydraulic system. The consumption Amp is controlled using thermal relay in a power system. The electric motor is cut off if the power is overloaded.

-          Use of tempered glass to view the device when pressed

-          Control Panel installation (including control switches, rocker switches, determining status lights and ventilation devices)

-          Possibility of control from the electrical control panel

-          The main door of the press chamber has a micro switch sensor when the door is closed. If the main door is opened the operation will be interrupted by the control system.

-          Use of electric lamps for lighting inside the pressing chamber

-          Hydraulic and electrical components have high quality and hydraulic valves are available in both electric and manual stimulation. Two pumps are also used in the hydraulic circuit for power and speed.

-          The body is analyzed by the relevant software under the maximum tonnage with a reasonable safety factor.

-          Standard welding methods have been used for manufacturing the body.The main door is such that When the chamber press is closed, it is completely sealed

-          The strength of main door and hinge are proportional to the body.

-          Use of appropriate sealant for sealing the main door of the pressing chamber

-          Use of a small roller conveyor on the floor in front of the entrance gate of the equipment to facilitate the transfer of parts and drums

-         Use of a sliding stainless steel tray under the chamber press to collect possible waste fluids after pressing

-         The machine has two center guides for the drum or container

Filter System

Standard filtration system is provided to protect the operator environment from the pollution. Air filtration system absorbs steam or particles. Filtration system using reasonable fan supplies the necessary suction to create a negative pressure in the press chamber when the door is closed. Upon opening of the door, the indoor air which is contaminated with particles and steam passes through the filters and prevents contamination of the operator environment.

-          The fan of the filtration system is controlled from the control panel.

-          Pre-filter, absolute filter and dumper have been considered in a filtration system.

-          The connection of the filtration system to the compactor is via vibration isolation.

-          The pressure difference across the filter system is permanently visible.
